Terms of use

These terms apply to the easytablemanager software, the website easytablemanager.com, and the license service. By downloading, installing, starting a trial, activating a license, or using the software in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software.

License

easytablemanager is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on one device at a time, and only while a 14-day free trial or a paid subscription is active.

• The license is bound to one device. You may move it to another device only after it has been released from the previous one.
• Use on more than one device at the same time is not allowed.
• After the trial ends, use without a paid license is not allowed.
• A license key is for you alone. Sharing, publishing, reselling, or jointly using a key is not allowed.

No copying

You may not, and you may not allow anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, rent, lend, sell, or otherwise make the software available, whether for payment or for free;
• share the installer, program files, or license keys;
• bypass, remove, disable, or tamper with the license check or any other technical protection;
• modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where the law expressly does not allow this restriction;
• use the software to build a competing product.

One backup copy for your own use is allowed. Any use outside an active trial or paid license is unauthorized. If you breach these terms, your right to use the software ends immediately.

Poker rooms

easytablemanager arranges windows on your desktop. It does not read cards, pots, or hand data, it does not send data from your poker client, and it does not give hints, odds, or play advice. Hotkeys only switch layouts.

Whether a poker room allows third-party tools is solely that room's decision and solely your responsibility. You use the software at your own risk. easytablemanager is not liable for account bans, suspensions, closed accounts, confiscated balances, voided tickets, lost bonuses, or any other action a poker room takes because you used this or any other software.

No liability

The software and the website are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, easytablemanager is not liable for any damage, loss, or claim, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise, including without limitation:

• hacking, unauthorized access, malware, data breaches, or any other attack by a third party on your computer, your accounts, the license service, or the website;
• bans or other sanctions by poker sites, and any money or prizes you lose as a result;
• lost profits, lost winnings, missed tournaments, missed late registration, or interrupted play;
• loss of layouts, settings, screenshots, or other data;
• crashes, incompatibilities, or conflicts with other software, Windows, or your hardware;
• downtime of the license service, failed activation, or a key that does not work;
• anything else arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the software or the website.

You are responsible for securing your own device, accounts, and license key. Where the law does not allow a complete exclusion, liability is limited to the minimum that law allows.

Your responsibility

You will not hold easytablemanager responsible for claims by poker rooms or anyone else that arise from your use of the software. You cover any cost, loss, or claim that results from your copying the software, sharing a license, bypassing the license check, or using the software against a poker room's rules.
